Two For Joy: New Artist Residents Alisa Beck and Otto Oscar Hernandez Ruiz Land At The Greenfields

The Greenfields welcomed not one, but two new artist residents to take the studio floor last week. Cuban painter/performance artist Otto Oscar Hernandez Ruiz and Paris based art historian Alisa Beck will be working together over the coming week to explore themes including urban space, political protest, theatre, situationism and disco-music. Building on their collaborative research, Alisa and Otto intend to produce a series of interventions, performances and impromptu events at the studio during their stay, so don’t be surprised if you walk past The Greenfields this week and see something strange going on – and certainly don’t be affraid to come inside and join in!
